GSNA invites Food Assistants to join us for an exciting opportunity to refresh skills, learn new techniques, and enhance kitchen expertise at our 2026 School Nutrition Assistant Program (S.N.A.P.) Training!
This hands-on training experience is designed to strengthen everyday kitchen skills, improve efficiency, and build confidence in food preparation and service.

• How to use the equipment you already have more effectively
• Proper equipment cleaning and sanitation responsibilities
• Recipe writing and communication skills

• Creative ways to enhance menu items using current ingredients
